This week for ANB…

Hey all! With only a few weeks left in the semester and exams right around the corner I hope y’all are taking care of yourselves! We’ve only got two meetings of Circe left, and one of them is today at 5:30 PM in the Gallery! We’ve prepared some discussion questions for you.

1. Circe says that when she first meets Odysseus he seems “nearly familiar to her” Why does she say that? Who, if anyone, does he remind her of?

2. What does motherhood mean to Circe? How does it compare to her own upbringing and sister’s experience?

3. What is the significance of Circe’s meeting with Trygon? How does it impact her emotional journey?

Summer Book Club

Just because the semester is ending doesn’t mean book club has to! We are open to having book club over the summer so if you are interested, please let us know using the google form below! There’s no commitment, we just want an idea of how many people might be interested.

With so many elections this year, why not add another to the mix. That’s right March 26 is election day for A Novel Bunch. It’s time to decide who will be running the club next year so make sure to be there to cast your vote during our regularly scheduled meeting. If you can’t make it to the meeting, please let us know so we can send you the link to the ballot so you can still participate in the democratic process!
